Before his tenure with MNM Gaming, Julio made waves as the coach for Ninjas in Pyjamas, guiding the team to multiple high-profile finishes.
One of the most memorable moments in Julio's career came during the Six Invitational 2021 when he and Ninjas in Pyjamas clinched victory in a thrilling 3-2 match against Team Liquid. The triumph not only solidified their dominance but also earned them a staggering $1,000,000 in prize money. Over his four-year stint with Ninjas in Pyjamas, Julio consistently propelled the team to excellence, securing a second-place finish at the Six Invitational 2020 and the Six Sweden Major 2021.
